Ben's first experience with Chiropractic care as a teenager was when he developed a knee injury.  After seeing numerous sports physicians and allied health professionals he realized that chiropractic was exactly what he needed which is were his interest began. However, Ben's passion for health and well being started well before he was a Chiropractor. Before qualifying from University with a Masters in Clinical Chiropractic he was a Personal Trainer focusing on not just general health and fitness, but a specific focus on Rehabilitation. His experiences as a personal trainer motivated him to try CrossFit and to become a Sports Chiropractor. Ben continues to learn and grow as a Chiropractor by always learning new techniques to better assess, diagnose and treat various performance limitations and restrictions. 

Ben has had the opportunity to work with the best athletes in CrossFit over the last ten years flying not only to the Regionals, but to the World Crossfit Games numerous times. His experience with athletes doesn’t stop with Crossfit Athletes, Ben has had the opportunity to work with Olympic Gymnast, weight lifters, Body Builders, Strongmen, Power lifters, Professional Boxers and MMA fighters. Ben finds the time to give back to the community of CrossFit and Chiropractic. Ben regularly sponsors local CrossFit/sporting competitions and tutors undergraduate Chiropractic students in chiropractic technique classes.

  • Active Release Technique (ART)

  • Trigenics

  • Musculoskeletal Dry Needling

  • Level 1 CrossFit Trainer

Harry’s passion for health and wellbeing began in Singapore, where he grew up and developed a love for the outdoors and an eagerness to travel. At University, he strove to engage in further studies that would broaden his experience with sports management and injury rehabilitation. Harry has worked as a Sports Trainer with local AFL teams and has provided care for athletes on a national and international level, most recently the World Sailing Championships in Melbourne. Harry has a strong sense of family and pride of place in Geelong which brought him to Summit Chiropractic in Newtown after 7 years in Melbourne.

Natalie has been a qualified strength coach since 2009. Over this time she realised that to truly help people move and perform better, she needed a combination of both strength building techniques and hands on therapy so she gained her remedial therapy qualifications in 2019.
Natalie has also been involved in several sports throughout her sporting career - competitive runner, Muay Thai and has been training and coaching CrossFit for 4 years.
